No matter what role I’m in, I influence culture and outcomes by approaching team, guest, & business opportunities with empathy, purpose, & clarity of vision. My approach enables impactful solutions and builds collaborative and supportive teams.
In my current role as Head of UX Programming at Prime Digital academy, I’m leading the Twin Cities' only immersive training program preparing the next generation of entry-level UX designers for jobs solving complex problems in diverse industries. I’m expanding and evolving our UX curriculum and programming to ensure our students graduate with skills and knowledge necessary for a career transition into the field.
I also provide mentorship and coaching for budding UXers to help them achieve their career and craft goals.
When I’m not designing and leading teams, you’ll find me traveling, knitting something cute, or rolling d20’s.
